roject Description: The complex consists of 2-storey health club and 2 basement
floors in addition to 37-storey twin towers built on a 4-storey podium. In the
first tower, there is a hotel with 408 guest rooms, lobby, waiting rooms,
restaurants, cafes, bars, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and wellness centre.
PIn the second tower, there is a residential type luxury apartment complex
consisting of 229 units.
Our project of which physical realization exceeded the level of 75% is expected to be
completed in the first quarter of 2016.
