NUROL LLC PROJECTS

United Arab Emirates, where our projects
portfolio reached upto 2 Billion Dollars, is
still an important focus of activity for NUROL
Construction Co.. While we are approaching the
completion stage of the Jumeirah Village Triangle
Zone 1 Project in Dubai, our Bab Al Qasr Hotel and
Residence Project in Abu Dhabi is also successfully
in progress. Bab Al Qasr Project, which will have
a closed area of 155.000 m² comprises of two
towers.

Furthermore, acceptance procedures of our IP-
44 and Sea Palace Intersections Project including
various tunnels and bridges at two consecutive Bab Al Qasr Hotel and
intersections have been completed as of the end Serviced Apartments,
