EJDER 6X6 IS IN KUWAIT

FIRST TURKISH COMPANY WHO DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED AN AWPC

Nurol Machinery is proud of being the first Turkish company who designed and
manufactured an Armoured Wheeled Personnel Carrier(AWPC). It is known that
the export of seventy Armoured Wheeled Personnel Carrier (EJDER 6X6) to Georgia
by Nurol Machinery is the first export of Turkey in this field. After t Georgia Project,
this time EJDER has been invited to the tests which will carry out for the Armoured
Personnel Carrier Vehicle Tender by Amiri Guard and Land Forces of Kuwait.

There was very little time for Nurol Machinery to adapt his existing Georgia vehicle
to the desert conditions of Kuwait and to succeed in internal tests. The personnel of
Nurol Machinery have reviewed all of these issues and prepared the vehicle according
to the new conditions in this very limited time while competing with other vehicles
from different countries, to keep NUROL’s name on top.

On the day of 10th September 2011, a team from Nurol Machinery was sending the
vehicle from Esenboğa and another team was already waiting in Kuwait for the arrival.

6 of the 19 invited vehicles by Kuwait authorities were succeeded in participating
the tests. The most important reason for low number of participants was too short
preparation time which made many companies faced with difficulties while preparing
the vehicles with requested configurations and transportation to the testing area.
