VILLAGES SOCIAL WELFARE PROJECTS

According to the protocol, which is signed with Düziçi District Directorate of National Education,
construction of Karagedik Village Enova Energy Production Inc. Primary School was completed very
quickly and put in service with its 5 classrooms at September for 2010 - 2011 academic year. In addition
to this, the old school was also renovated to provide better and modern studying conditions. We hope that,
this contribution to education carried out by Nurol Group, which has been conducting important works on
education since its foundation, will be very useful not only for the local people and their children but also
for our country in the future with the graduates from this school.

Another social welfare service was carried out in Kumarlı village. The existing mosque was renovated and
construction of new mosque, with capacity of 130 people, was undertaken. By the end of Spring 2011,
the new mosque will be in service. We hope that, all of these facilities shall bring peace and happiness to
community.

While our energy facility, which was realized under leadership of Nurol Energy according to the
Electricity Market Law No:4628 with Build-Own-Operate business model, is conducting its generation
works with its successful operating team, generated electricity is sold both to market and other consumers
by the core team assigned for energy trade.
