Signed Gebze - İzmir Motorway

Built-Operate-Transfer Contract

For Gebze - İzmir Motorway Build-Operate-Transfer project; including İzmit Gulf Crossing Bridge
which is the largest scaled project in BOT model-projects contracted in Turkey and which includes
3 km long and the 2nd longest suspension bridge in the world with its main span of 1.7 km, the relevant
Contract was signed between the partnership in which we participated and the Ministry of Transportation
was signed in September 2010.
Within the scope of our Contract; the construction for key turn delivery of the Motorway with an average
length of 420 km (İzmit Gulf Suspension Bridge Crossing is also included) shall have been completed and
shall be operated, afterwards shall be delivered to the Administration.
