The latter of the two projects completed in
Dubai, namely “International City Residential
and Commercial Buildings, Package 9”,
consists of 29 residential and commercial
buildings of English style with total
construction area of 140,000sqm. Housing
units are constructed in eight different types
ranging from three to five-storey buildings.

At present, our ongoing projects in Dubai
comprise of the infrastructure works across
a 400hectare land of the entire “Jumeirah
Park” project; the construction of 453 villas
in Package 7 portion of Jumeirah Park with Khalidiya Palace Rotana Otel
a construction area of 160,000sqm; and the
