“All of our employees are highly experienced

in their field, and are highly productive and

                                  motivated. ”

feedback we receive from the end users, and examine both the
feedback from our current users and the needs of potential
users down to the last detail. Our dynamic organizational
structure enables us to act of the feedback we receive, and to
perform updates based on the requirements of each user very
        quickly.

I think that this is the main area in which we differ from our
competitors. We listen to the needs of our users with utmost
care, and can work very quickly to come up with solutions to
        these needs.
To what extent does Nurol Makina, as a platform
manufacturer, utilize other companies in the Turkish defense
and aerospace sector in its projects? Could you inform us
about your use of sub-industries in general?

Aside from the Ankara-based defense companies, which we
utilize intensively, we have subsidiary industries in many Ejder Yalçın
cities, such as Sakarya, İstanbul, Eskişehir, Bursa, İzmir,
Konya, Çorum and Sivas. I can say that our subcontractors
undertake 40 percent of our business volume. Aside from
the organizational changes that Nurol Makina has made
in recent years that I have already mentioned, we have also
established a Subsidiary Industry Department to manage our
business contacts with our subsidiary industries, which is a
clear reflection of our vision in this regard.

The selection of the companies with which we will work is
based on an evaluation carried through the coordinated efforts
of the Subsidiary Industry Department, the Quality Directorate
and the Procurement Department. Candidate companies are
subjected to many evaluations during our quality audits, and
they must conform with many criteria related to their use
of measurement equipment, information technologies and
infrastructure, all of which are examined during the general
evaluation process. Appropriate companies are selected after
all of these detailed evaluations have been completed. We
also carry out interim audits of existing subsidiary industry
        companies.
