 they  achieved,  Nurol  Holding
 and  BAE  Systems  decided  to  join
 their forces once again after FNSS to
 establish BNA (Nurol-BAE Systems Hava
 Sistemleri  A.Ş.  /  Nurol  BAE  Systems  Air
 Systems  Inc.)  and  create  the  unique  and
 indigenous  capabilities  to  the  Turkish  aviation
 industry in November 2015.

 Combining  Nurol  Holding's  domestic  presence  and  strong
 infrastructure with BAE Systems' vast experience and technological
 know-how, BNA has been enhancing its existence. Within the scope of
 its vision and areas of activity, BNA aims to become a first-tier supplier of
 aviation products and services that will be developed in Turkey. To this end,
 BNA plans to:
 Ÿ Create research and development programmes,
 Ÿ Undertake the responsibility for design and production work packages,
 Ÿ Develop capabilities that complement the Turkish industry's products and capabilities,
 Ÿ Be a brand in its field with the products and capabilities comming from its self development
 and accumulation of its shareholders, and provide their sustainability.
 Commencing its active activities in August 2016, the company continues its operations at the Cyberpark
 located  on  the  Bilkent  University  Campus.  Although  BNA  was  established  recently,  it  has  already
 received its ISO 9001 quality certification and come close to the certification stage for AS 9100 which is
 one of the most important quality criteria of aerospace industry. Facility Clearance process has already
 been started and engineering laboratory is established.
 Using the experience and capital strength of the stakeholders in its partnership structure, BNA conducts
 engineering activities compliant with aerospace standards and guidelines to (1) design and produce
 subsystems, (2) develop the software required by these systems, and (3) integrate the subsystems into
 the final product. The company's vision is to become a preferred organisation in both the domestic and
 international markets having its own products and capabilities developed in Turkey that creates best
 value.
