The arbitration is in process and all the necessary
steps are being taken as in line with the re-structuring
agreement signed with Nakheel Company for the
successfully completed projects.
In September 2016, Nurol LLC has signed a contract
'Fairmont Staff Accommodation Project & Services'
for H.H.Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Zayed Al Nahyan
located at Al Quoz Industrial 2, Dubai, United Arab
Emirates and consisting of construction, completion
and maintenance of two G+3 storey residential buildings
including 84 units of total 5.720m construction

area. This challenging fast track construction project
is be completed within 240 calendar days including
mobilization, testing and commissioning works.
