CONSTRUCTION INC. IS ANNOUNCED TO BE THE

BEST PROPOSAL

The proposal letters of Gebze – İzmir motorway Construct- Operate- Transfer bidding have been
opened on the 19th of June 2009 and the 22 years and 4 months’ proposal of the NUROL – OZALTIN-
MAKYOL- ASTALDI- YUKSEL- GOCAY GROUP of which we are a member, has been announced
as the best proposal.

The initials for the contract have been
completed as the first approval and the
YPK approval phases have been started.
Within the scope of this contract, which
will be certain after the related bureaucratic
procedures and approvals the key-ready
delivery construction and the transfer to the
administration at the end of the operation
period of the 420 kilometer long motorway
will be realized. Within the scope of project
whose proposals have been collected in
previous April, the 3 kilometer long Izmit
Bay Passing Bridge which is going to be
the second longest suspension bridge in the
world with its 1.7 kilometers of sea opening
distance will be materialized
