The Czech Ankara ambassador Eva FILIPI has
given a reception due to their national day. Minister
of State and head of negotiatons, Mr. Egemen
BAGIS, the assistant head of the Constitutional
Court Mr. Osman PAKSUT, Ukrainian ambassador
Sergei KORSUNSKY, Slovakian ambassador
Mitja STRUKIS, Russian ambassador Vladimir
IVANOVSKI and many other ambassadors
participated to the reception which took place in
Ankara Sheraton Hotel.
The Israeli ambassador Gabby LEVY while
drawing attention with his badge bearing Turkish
and Israeli flags, told the journalists that the
relations between the two countries needed to be
developed further. LEVY, repeated his demand for
the retrieval of the serialized film named “Ayrilik
(meaning separation)” from broadcasting which
caused a crisis between Turkey and Israel.

The Italian Armed Forces Day has been celebrated in

Sheraton Hotel Ankara

İstanbul representative Mrs. Nursuna
MEMECAN and Kars representaive Mr.
Zeki KARABAYIR were both awarded
with “ Italien Badge of Collaboration”. The
reception was hosted by Ankara’s Italian
ambassador Carlo MARSILY, his wife
Selva MARSILI, Defense Attaché Rear
Admiral Pietro Luciano RICA, his wife
Daniela RICA, Assistant Defense Attaché
Alberto SANTINI and his wife Maria Paula
SANTINI.
Ambassador MARSILI has presented the
Italian Collaboration Badges granted by the
Italian President Girogio NAPOLITANO,
to representative Mrs. Nursun MEMECAN,
responsible from the collaboration of the
parliaments of the two countries, and
representative Zeki KARABAYIR, the head
of the Friendship Group of the Turkish and
Italian representatives.
