Nurol Park, which will be built over 55 thousand m2 area of Hurriyet Media Towers in Basın Ekspres is designed as a “valley of life”. About 1 year ago, Nurol GYO purchased the area on which Hurriyet Media Towers were located for 127,5 million dollars and now for the project it makes an investment of 340 million dollars in total. The project is expected to be completed with all of the functions in the first quarter of 2016. A 250-metre long and 24 thousand square meters open to public valley lies in the middle of the project. About 70 cafés and shops are located in the valley. Residential section is located on the right side of the valley, and the office block of 20 thousand m2 and a hotel with 162 rooms are situated on the left side. There is an elevation difference of 5 m2 between the residential area and valley’s platform. All residential blocks at the upper level are opened to an additional courtyard. In this way, an architectural and a social structure that are in dialogue with each other are intended to be created in this project. In the residential area, there are 1118 apartments in three different concepts as loft, residence and tower and in different square meters according to the need. The VAT of the price of the residences are not reflected to the consumer and paid by Nurol GYO.
