Libya, Al Fateh University School of Physical Education and Landscaping Works, and the Construction of Schools of Law and Economics.
The Project consists of Al Fateh University School of Physical Education and the related landscaping works to be implemented in seventeen months on a turn-key basis. The Project will have a budget of 63 million Libyan Dinars, and also it will have 21,600 sq.mts of indoor space.
Ilısu Dam and the Hydroelectric Power Plant Project
The Ilısu Dam planned to be built on the Tigres River and the HEPP Project will be a dam with rock filling having clay core with concrete sections; and, at the tip, its body will have an outside power plant with a capacity of 1,200 MW. The llısu Dam and the HEPP facilities together with Atatürk Dam will constitute the backbone of the Southeastern Anatolian Development Project.
Ceyhan Hepp Project
The built-in power of the facility on Osmaniye Ceyhan River is 60 MW. The annual production capacity of the consecutive dams is 250 Gwh. The total budget of this facility qualified as a renewable energy source is USD130 Millions. The facility where construction works were started in November 2007, is anticipated to be commissioned for operation in the first half of 2010.
IP44 and the Building of Bridges and Tunnels from Sea Palace Intersections, Abu Dhabi, UAE
At this project where construction was started in October of 2007, the following are to be implemented on a turn-key basis: Al Reem Island where a sea connection bridge (causeway) was built by Nurol again in Abu Dhabi, Hassa Bin Zayed Boulevard, and a number of bridge crossings, tunnels and other structures planned within the framework of both intersections in order to facilitate a free flow of traffic in the Sea Palace Area. This project with a budget of USD170 Millions is planned to be completed in April of 2010.
Nurol Batumi Hotel Georgia
The foundation of the first investment by Nurol Construction in Batumi was laid in 2007. The Project is designed as a 9000 sq.mts of indoors space built on a 30000 sq.mts of land. It has 8700 sq. mts of outdoors area and beach area of 5000 sq.mts with a capacity of 202 rooms. In this 22-story building, the first three floors are general common areas and the other nineteen floors are made of bed-rooms, a maintenance floor, the tower restaurant and the roof-top.
Shams Abu Dhabi, Construction of Canal and Pedestrian Bridges, UAE
The Abu Dhabi project carried out by Nurol Construction is the continuation of the construction project of the canals and the related structures. The Project consists of a turn-key construction of three pedestrian bridges, related open and covered canal structures, related pipe-lines, and two water release structures and three water suction pump stations.
