The 6th Black Sea Defense and Aerospace Exhibition, organized at ROMAERO fairground at the capital of Romania, Bucharest, ended. Romania has all along shown interest to the Ejder (“Dragon”) defense vehicle, which is exported to certain states as Republic of the Congo.
Romania Ministry of Defense Technical and Procurement Program Director Colonel Stefan Tanase, accompanied with a delegation, visited and received information on the manufacturing facilities of Nurol Makina located in Ankara in April of 2015. Nurol Makina, which has been active in the Defense Industry for the past 30 years in the field of defense and security, produces defense vehicles tailor-configured according to the needs of the customer under official names such as Ejder TOMA, Ejder Yalçın 4×4 and Ilgaz 4×4. The Ejder was met with great interest at the three-day open area fair in Bucharest and many small scaled meetings were held at the fairground with the stand attendants, particularly with Nurol Holding Romania Representative Hüseyin Aykol.
