Ankara members of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, one of the world’s foremost gastronomy communities, convened for a dinner event held at the Sheraton Hotel.
Hosted by Ertan Allı, the Bailli of Chaîne Des Rôtisseurs Ankara, the evening also saw the presence of Caferino Adrian Valdez Peralta, the Ambassador of Paraguay to Ankara. Attendees had the opportunity to savor the ‘Aegean’ concept menu meticulously prepared by the hotel’s chef, Zeki Açıköz. In his opening remarks, Ertan Allı highlighted Chaîne des Rôtisseurs’ rich history dating back to the 1200s and its current presence in metropolitan cities worldwide. Allı emphasized that Chaîne des Rôtisseurs serves as a gathering of friendship and gastronomy, providing insights into its dining etiquette. He also noted that, as a mark of respect for the chef, there were no salt or spices on the tables. Guests were treated to a delectable array of dishes, including Kırkağaç melon, baked Urla artichoke, stuffed zucchini blossoms with mussels, baby squid stuffed with cuttlefish and octopus, and baked Capricorn fillet.
