In 2023, the serial production of KAPLAN MT medium class tank platforms, developed specifically for the requirements of the Indonesian Armed Forces, has been completed and delivered to PT Pindad company. FNSS’ KAPLAN MT represents a unique response to emerging requirements in modern warfare. KAPLAN MT’s indigenous design provides the lowest silhouette and highest power-to-weight ratio in its class. The platform is designed for optimum weight and mobility performance. The latest technology power pack of the vehicle is combined with advanced electronic controlled systems, Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), and a heavy-duty suspension. These features enable the tank to ensure reliable and continuous power during expeditionary manoeuvres on the battlefield for day and night operations. In accordance to the conventional tank concept, the KAPLAN MT’s powerpack is positioned at the rear of the platform with increasing its mobility by enhancing high acceleration, especially on soft soil and rough terrain. KAPLAN MT’s design architecture provides a superior level of battlefield survivability, incorporating advanced ballistic and best-in-class mine protection systems. Active protection system can also be integrated as an option, based on user requirements.
Activities continue within the framework of the "Oman Factory Level Maintenance Repair Center Contract" signed between the Ministry of Finance of the Sultanate of Oman and FNSS, as part of the Armored Personnel Carrier (PARS III) and Integrated Logistic Support supply contract, in which FNSS accepted Industry Participation and Offset obligations. In the domestic arena, a contract has been signed between ROKETSAN and FNSS for the procurement of Mobile Guided Missile System Vehicles developed on the KAPLAN 10 platform to be delivered to the Turkish Armed Forces. Within the scope of this contract, tests have been completed and vehicles have begun to be delivered to Turkish Armed Forces. Additionally, deliveries within the scope of the Weapon Carrier Vehicles Project, which includes 4x4 and tracked vehicle platforms and was signed between SSB and FNSS, continue with more than 300 vehicles delivery to the Turkish Armed Forces.

It is capable of self-righting ability in case of capsizing and/or operating at harsh sea/ocean conditions. MAV has higher ballistic and mine protection compared to its predecessors and is equipped with today's most advanced mission equipment. MAV is fitted with CAKA Remote Controlled Turret with the ability to carry a maximum load of ready-to-fire rounds and ballistic protection. FNSS CAKA RWS features advantages with its; water resistance structure, light weight, better protection for the gunner, target acquisition, automatic target tracking, stabilisation, reliability, accuracy and increased usable volume inside the vehicle. MAV have all the features and capabilities of both a military land vehicle and a military marine vessel, by balancing the land and sea requirements. This dual role by definition, vehicle offers high performance both on land and water operations.
