Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Rural Services Department, Havran Municipality and TÜMAD Mining in cooperation with Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Rural Services Department, Havran Municipality and TÜMAD Mining launched the ‘Strawberry Scented Fields’ project in order to revive the strawberry production in Çakırdere Village of Havran District of Balıkesir Province, which was done in the past but started to be forgotten due to economic impossibilities in recent years.
