YÖRÜK 4×4, one of the armoured land vehicles that have been recently developed by the Turkish defence sector, made an appearance at DSEI Japan, as the country’s first large-scale integrated defence event. Held at the Makuhari Messe convention centre, DSEI Japan hosted high-level guests from more than 50 countries, as well as more than 250 exhibitors from around the world, for three days.
Turkish armoured land vehicle manufacturer Nurol Makina displayed its YÖRÜK 4×4 light armoured vehicle at the exhibition, thousands of kilometres away from home. YÖRÜK 4×4, the first Turkish armoured vehicle to be displayed in Japan, arrived in the country after a three-week cruise. The vehicle was exhibited together with SARP-ZAFER, a new member of ASELSAN’s Remote Controlled Weapon System product family. Nurol Makina was among the limited number of manufacturers exhibiting armoured vehicles at the event. YÖRÜK stands out from its competitors, with its add-on armour capability and mobility.
