As part of its long-term efforts to enhance the technological capabilities of its army, Hungary has finally selected the EJDER YALÇIN armoured combat vehicle.
Thus, a new country has been added to those that have opted for the armoured vehicles of Nurol Makina to date, one of the leading armoured vehicle manufacturers in the Turkish defence sector. Engaged in activities aimed at increasing the technological capabilities of its army, and replacing its vehicles and equipment form the Soviet era with Western systems, Hungary has chosen EJDER YALÇIN.
Hungary has become the sixth country in the world and the first country in the European Union to select EJDER YALÇIN to meet the needs of its security forces. In May, an EJDER YALÇIN took part in the “National Defence Day” events, in which the Hungarian Defence Forces exhibited the vehicles both in its inventory and those currently being procured, with its YÖRÜK 4×4 light armoured vehicle. At the end of the day’s proceedings, EJDER YALÇIN was invited to take part in the event to promote the internal security units, joining a convoy of vehicles that paraded through the streets of Budapest.
