FNSS hosted the “My Strength: Women Engineers” program on April 25 at its headquarters, welcoming 20 female engineering students as part of its commitment to gender equality and empowering women in the workforce. The program featured creative presentations and case studies, culminating in a special session with FNSS General Manager Nail Kurt and Deputy General Manager Michael McCarthy. Participants also gained the opportunity to take part in FNSS’s candidate engineering, internship, and recruitment processes, along with a six-month mentorship program led by FNSS executives.
