Business Continuity Policy

The principles of implementation specified in the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Standard are carried out within the scope of legal and regulatory obligations. The main purpose of the Business Continuity Management Policy is to ensure that the business continuity plan is implemented correctly and without errors at the right time, to make critical processes and assets identified through business impact analysis functional within predetermined minimum periods during any interruption.

  • Establishing a planned and effective business continuity management system, operating this system, reviewing and maintaining it with a continuous improvement approach,
  • Ensuring the continuity of the technological infrastructure of our subsidiaries,
  • Adopting and implementing a proactive risk analysis-based thinking approach within the institution,
  • Following national and international standards along with country legislation and meeting regulatory conditions related to ensuring business continuity,
  • Conducting planned training and drills for effective intervention before and during unexpected situations,
  • Creating business impact analyses to identify existing and future potential threats and manage them correctly, thereby turning identified threats into opportunities or minimizing their negative impacts,
  • Evaluating the dimensions of potential losses in emergencies as quickly and accurately as possible and ensuring that necessary actions are taken promptly,
  • Managing and maintaining the internal and external communication system within the business continuity system,
  • Procuring internal and external resources needed for the implementation of the plan, ensuring their continuity and currency,

These are the main elements of our business continuity policy.
