BNA, a Turkish-British joint venture that has made notable contributions to the defense and aerospace industry, is set to evolve as Nurol Kontrol ve Aviyonik Sistemleri A.Ş. with full Turkish ownership and will contribute to Hürjet and the National Combat Aircraft projects. The partnership structure of the company, which previously operated as a collaboration between Nurol Holding and British BAE Systems, has undergone a change. Following the transfer of 49% of BAE Systems’ shares to Nurol Holding, the company will continue under the name Nurol Kontrol ve Aviyonik Sistemleri A.Ş., now with 100% Turkish capital.
